Reilly, Fisher & Solomon P.A. is a multidisciplinary tax, financial planning, and business appraisal firm in Tampa, Florida. We have deep experience in business valuation services in the estate and gift tax, transactional planning and cost segregation areas. We have experience defending our work before the IRS at the examination and appeals level, and have enjoyed great success. Our Qualifications
As a founding shareholder in the firm of Reilly, Fisher & Solomon, P.A. and former manager in Arthur Andersen’s Florida Market Circle Tax Division, Charles Fisher is in his twenty-third year of public practice. He received his A.B. in History from Princeton University and his M.Acc. degree in Taxation from the University of South Florida.
Mr. Fisher is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in Florida. He has also been designated by the American Institute of CPAs as Accredited in Business Valuation, having passed a comprehensive AICPA examination on valuation matters and theory. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst, and is a member of the Financial Analysts Society of Tampa Bay, the local chapter of the Association for Investment Management and Research (AIMR). He is also a Certified Financial Planner.
Mr. Fisher was published in Valuation Strategies magazine, co-authoring the article “Valuation Discounts on Family Limited Partnerships: Why the Nature of the Underlying Assets Shouldn’t Matter” (Jan/Feb 1999).
