Estate Planning

Our Practice

Planning for your family’s future is quite possibly the most important investment you can make. The success you have enjoyed in the past combined with the decisions you make in the present will shape your family’s future for generations to come. We believe it is in your best interest to be as informed as possible on the many possible ways to safeguard the wealth you have worked so hard to achieve. That is why we here at Reilly, Fisher & Solomon, are committed to creating a wealth transfer strategy as unique as the family itself. We invest the necessary time to understand your goals and to ensure that you understand your options and potential ramifications before arriving at any decision. And because we do not sell investment or insurance products, we are able to bring an objective viewpoint to the wealth transfer process that balances the tax and family issues while evaluating the full range of product and provider options.

Our Services

Through our holistic approach to wealth planning and integrated services — Estate Planning, Investment Advisory , Personal Financial Planning and Individual Tax Services — we are able to develop strategies that help shape your future. In our effort to create an integrated plan, we bring to bear our knowledge, our resources, and our most experienced advisors to ensure that your comprehensive plan reflects your unique and specific circumstances. In designing a wealth transfer plan for you and your family, we help you examine:
  • Your risk tolerance
  • Your business and investment needs
  • Current and anticipated cash flow
  • The liquidity needs of current and future generations
  • Forms of business ownership
  • Family members’ abilities, special needs, interests and motivations
  • Desire to maintain control
  • Charitable objectives
  • Asset protection
  • Insurance needs
  • Income, gift, estate and generation skipping taxes
  • Appropriateness of trusts
  • Charitable planning
